You want seamless integration with wholesale platforms, social media, and fulfillment tools. You need something you can manage in-house without relying on a developer for every update.

Timeline: 8 to 10 weeks
Investment: Starting at $7,500 Custom proposal provided after a discovery call.

Custom & Complex Builds

For businesses with specific functionality needs or larger scope requirements.

Some projects need more than a standard package. If you are building something with custom functionality, multiple integrations, a large product catalog, membership capabilities, or a scope that does not fit neatly into a defined package, this is where we start the conversation.

Every custom project begins with a discovery call and a tailored proposal. Investment and timeline are determined by scope.

What is Included:
Discovery Call and Scope Assessment, Custom Site Architecture and Wireframing, Brand-aligned Design System, Custom Functionality Development, Third-party Integrations, Mobile Responsive Build, SEO Foundations, Quality Assurance and Cross-browser Testing, Platform Training and Handoff, Project Management

Platform: Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify depending on requirements.

This is right for you if:
You need custom functionality beyond a standard theme. You are migrating from an existing platform and need a strategic rebuild. You have a larger catalog, team, or technical requirement. You want a long-term design partner who understands both the creative and the technical side.

Timeline: 10-12 weeks
Investment: Starting at $9,500 Custom proposal provided after a discovery call.

Your Business Is Unique. Your Scope Can Be Too.

Not everything fits neatly into a package and that is okay. If you have questions, need a custom scope, or just want to talk through your options before committing to anything, I would love to hear from you.

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

I sure do.

To get started, I require a deposit to hold your space in my calendar. You’ll have the option to pay for the remainder in one or two installments (with the balance being paid upon completion). For simple planning and no surprises, the remaining time we work together will be billed on a monthly basis for retainers or upon the completion of a specific project.

What Can I Expect From a Graphic Heart Website?

Every website I build starts in the same place: strategy. Before a single page gets designed, we get clear on who you are trying to reach, what action you want them to take, and what is getting in the way of that happening on your current site. That thinking shapes every layout decision, every content hierarchy, and every call to action.

My design sensibility leans toward clean, intentional, and brand-forward. Sites that feel considered without feeling cluttered. Visually distinctive without sacrificing usability. The kind of website that makes someone feel like they are in the right place the moment they land on it.

What might surprise you is the range. My background spans corporate marketing and communications, ecommerce, service businesses, and everything in between. I am as comfortable building a conversion-focused Shopify store as I am designing a minimal professional services site or a content-rich WordPress build. That breadth means I can meet you where your business actually is rather than fitting you into a template I already know.

I have built websites for founders across food and beverage, wellness, agriculture, hospitality, CPG and ecommerce, professional services, construction, interior design, creative industries, and nonprofits.

If your industry is not on that list, reach out anyway. The fit is usually about the founder, not the field.

Do you design the website or do I need to provide content?

Both of us bring something to the table. I handle all of the design, development, layout, and strategy. You provide the content, meaning the words, images, and any specific information about your business, services, and offerings.

We can talk through a content guide that makes the process as straightforward as possible. I can include basic copywriting but if you need something more polished you can provide finished copy via a copywriter. The cleaner and more complete your content is coming in, the smoother the project runs and the stronger the final result will be.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

The more prepared you are, the smoother the project will go. Ideally you will have your brand assets ready including your logo, fonts, and color palette, along with your website copy, any photography or imagery you want to use, and a general sense of the pages and functionality you need.

Not sure if your brand assets are up to scratch? That is worth a conversation before we dive into a website project. A new website built on shaky branding will only get you so far. If you need brand work first, I can help with that too.

Do you work with my existing brand or do I need branding first?

I can absolutely work with an existing brand as long as it gives us enough to build something strong. If you have a solid logo, a defined color palette, and typography you are happy with, we are in good shape.

Where it gets complicated is when the brand is inconsistent, unfinished, or no longer reflects where the business is headed. Building a new website on top of a brand that does not feel right just means the problem shows up in a shinier package. If that sounds familiar, it might be worth talking through a brand project first. The two work best when they are built together or at least informed by the same strategy.

What makes a website actually convert?

Conversion is not about tricks or tactics. It is about clarity. A website converts when visitors immediately understand what you do, who it is for, why you are the right choice, and what they should do next. When any of those things are unclear, people leave.

The sites that perform best are the ones that are built around how your ideal client actually thinks and behaves, not around what looks impressive in a portfolio. That means a logical page structure that guides people through a natural decision-making process, calls to action that feel helpful rather than pushy, copy that speaks directly to the right person, and a design that builds trust rather than distraction.

It also means speed, mobile performance, and basic SEO foundations. A beautifully designed site that loads slowly or does not show up in search is leaving opportunity on the table.

This is why every Graphic Heart website starts with strategy. Design without that foundation is just decoration.

What My Clients Are Saying

I was very pleased and happy with the outcome of my new website. Shiloh is very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of designing a website. She was timely, easy to work with and understood the areas of concern and needs of my business. Her price was reasonable and I have recommended her to another company and they are currently happy as well. Shiloh also developed our logo and stationery products as well.
