We are looking for clients that believe in teamwork. We need your input and ideas to make a branding campaign that will reflect your personality and business goals.
Initial Strategy Session
During our initial strategy session we will meet either in person or over the telephone to discuss your needs. This meeting is to gather a better understanding of who you are. We will give you a more detailed scope of what we can offer you based on your marketing goals and budget. This meeting is also to determine if we will be a good fit working together. We want to work with clients that share our vision of success. It’s important to us when entering a business relationship that both parties are looking toward a successful relationship and end result.
Estimate
After we meet we will send you an estimate based on what we’ve discussed.
Acceptance
At the point of acceptance we’ve decided we’re a good fit working together, the estimate is in line with your budget and we’re ready to move forward. After the initial working contract is accepted we’ll begin work on your campaign.
Research and Brainstorming
We will take the information you’ve given us and do some market research. What do we take into consideration? Your competition, trends in the market, what sets you apart, your values, your current brand and what you aspire to be.
Initial Concept
From the information we gather from you and market research we’ll put together an initial concept. We normally put together anywhere from 1-3 design variations. It really just depends on what project we’re working. We normally start with the logo if we’re working on a branding campaign. The logo gives us a good starting place for your entire campaign.
Send and Review
We will email you a copy of the first prototype in a PDF file with a brief reason behind the design. We hope that you love the initial concept, however this is where you have the opportunity to fine tune the idea if needed.
Finishing Touches
Following your review we’ll either finalize the artwork and send you an approval form to sign or we’ll make the finishing touches and resubmit the idea. Our goal is to make you an image that works for your style and your brand.
File Creation and Delivery
After completion of the artwork we will put together a disk for you containing all of the artwork created. We will give you several industry standard file types unless otherwise requested. We require payment on or before delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
Maintaining our Relationship
Customer service is our primary goal. We want to make sure you’re happy with all of the work we’ve created for you. After we submit the final file our relationship doesn’t end. We’re always happy to hear how your new creative identity is working for you and hope to work with you on future projects.
